BUYER BEWARE: YOU BILL WILL DOUBLE WITHOU NOTICE.

A customer since 2006. When I called to cancel a year or so ago, they offered me a lower rate and thanked me for being such a long-time customer.
Today I notice my bill had almost tripled 6 months ago with no notice.
They will only refund for 1 Month of the difference rather than for the 6 months.
And their Channels suck. It feels like ClearChannel all over again. Same 15 songs over and over on the music channels.

If I could give them zero stars I would

If I could give them zero stars I would. All I wanted to do was cancel the radio on the lease I was turning in and then add the balance of the subscription to the back end of the 3 month trial on my new lease. Three separate customer service agents to figure that out and they still managed to turn off the radio in my new car. I wish there was an alternative...

Sirius Radio - the Bad, Ugly, and Little Good

This is a review of, first, the Sirius streaming site, and secondly, of the content.
The website, clearly, was designed - and - is maintaind by people who took only the first half of the YouTube video: “Make Big Money Designing Websites”. The typical Science High School class for IT would do a much better job.
The content is clearly oriented toward the musically clueless, and people who listen endlessly to sports while crushing beer cans against their forehead while shouting “awesome “. Being tone deaf is a definite advantage while listening to faux music.
Sirius should pay those who listen!

Awful

Awful. They won't let you cancel without talking to their members. They will happily take your money for years with no radio connected.

Sirius XM is a monopoly

Sirius XM is a monopoly; and they act like it too-horrible upselling customer service-never without another line to take your money, despite emails and receipts, they will turn off your radio and call you incessantly if they feel like it-DESPITE being paid in full!
Need I say more...there's more but this one's brief, they have the satellite radio world buy the short hairs, but like the rest of us, nobody knew (we think) what was coming for us all-even the mighty Sirius XM is hurting for business, we should put them out of it-very illicit and unfair business practices, not to mention theft of funds...
UPDATED 2-2021: Now, that I have told them what I think, and asked for total cancellation, they call continuously saying the account is accruing a balance-yet all was cancelled-Caveat Emptor-they are far from trustworthy-Stay Well All...

This service is terrible

This service is terrible. I got a "free" one year trial subscription from the auto dealership I bought my car from. I never wanted it. I registered my account online in order to cancel. I was told online that I had to talk with a specialist in order to cancel. Called, waited 15 minutes, then was told I had to talk to a second specialist. Waited another 15 minutes then was told by specialist #2 that I had to talk to another specialist in order to cancel. Waited 10 minutes and talked to specialist #3 who said that a free trial subscription cannot be cancelled. This is such a scam operation - totally in it for Sirius and not for the customer. I was promised that my free trial automatically cancels after one year. Any bets this doesn't happen? What a shoddy operation - no way to run a business unless you have to keep customers through any means because they want to leave you. I will NEVER use this service. I highly recommend to avoid this company. I am TOTALLY dissatisfied.

They harass you like crazy

They were added to my Subaru STi and I never used it, cancelled right away. Now they call me daily but no one speaks... When you call back, it says this call was for Sirius XM marketing and you can cancel out. I've cancelled out and they still call daily! It's been 3 weeks since cancellation... I will never accept a free trial from them on any car and will actively steer people away - I work at a dealership so... shape up Sirius...

Absolutely the very worst customer care…

Absolutely the very worst customer care experience I've ever had! It's virtually impossible to speak to anyone whose first language is English. I would give zero stars if I could!!!

The worst customer service!

The worst customer service!! It took 6 days for someone to answer my call and she kept repeating that she cannot help me and cannot connect me to a supervisor.

Misleading advertising

I just received an envelope with an ad for it. The envelope had a pre-print
"FINAL NOTICE: Important Information About Your Recent Vehicle Service Visit".
We indeed had a recent service visit.
But this is nowhere *near* "important". Marketing that abuses your fears and trust. Will never buy.
